After a sold out supper club with us in September, local Chef Morgan Brooks’ MOP returned to Louie On Sea for a 4 week evening residency every Thursday to Saturday, from Friday 22nd November to Saturday 14th December.

Mixing tastes, techniques, spices and sauces from all his favourite cuisines, he creates rich, naughty and innovative small plates. 

Perfect for mopping up with a salty paratha.
